Golden Tickets Affiliate Program Terms
By participating in the Golden Tickets Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Affiliate Commission
Affiliates earn 10% of the profit generated from qualifying sales attributed to their affiliate account.
Qualifying Sales
Commission is only earned on completed and successfully paid orders. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback orders do not qualify for commission.
Commission Adjustments
If an order is refunded or reversed after a commission has been credited, the corresponding commission may be deducted from the affiliate's current or future balance.
Affiliate Tracking
Sales must be properly attributed to the affiliate through the Golden Tickets affiliate tracking system to qualify for commission.
Payouts
Affiliate commissions are paid according to the payout schedule established by Golden Tickets. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Payment Information
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. Golden Tickets is not responsible for delayed payments caused by incorrect information.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with income received through the affiliate program and for providing any required tax documentation.
Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate account to generate commissions on purchases made for themselves unless specifically authorized by Golden Tickets.
Prohibited Activity
Affiliates may not engage in fraud, misleading advertising, spam, impersonation, deceptive marketing practices, or any activity that could harm Golden Tickets, TicLite, its customers, or its reputation.
Advertising
Affiliates must accurately represent Golden Tickets products and services and may not make false claims, guarantees, or unauthorized representations.
Brand Usage
Golden Tickets names, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials may only be used for legitimate promotion of the affiliate program and may not be altered or used in a misleading manner.
Affiliate Relationship
Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and Golden Tickets.
Account Review
Golden Tickets reserves the right to review affiliate accounts, referrals, sales, and commissions for fraud, abuse, errors, or violations of program terms.
Program Changes
Golden Tickets may modify commission rates, payout procedures, eligibility requirements, or other program terms at any time.
Termination
Golden Tickets may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or misuse of the affiliate program.
Outstanding Commissions
Upon termination, legitimate commissions earned before termination may remain payable, subject to verification and any applicable refund or chargeback period.
Program Availability
Golden Tickets may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining and participating in the Golden Tickets Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
